Carvo Trading ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through https://carvotrading.com/, why we collect it, and your rights over it. It is written to comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. What we collect
- Order and account details: name, email address, phone number, delivery address, emirate, and the products you order.
- Enquiry details: what you send through our contact form, including the enquiry type, vehicle information and part requirements.
- Payment information: handled directly by our payment providers (Stripe, Tabby, or your bank). We receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of a card, never the full card number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring site, collected through server logs and cookies.
3. Why we use it
- To process and deliver your orders and send order confirmations, invoices and delivery updates.
- To answer enquiries, prepare quotations and confirm part compatibility.
- To handle returns, warranty claims and customer support.
- To keep the Website secure, prevent fraud and comply with UAE tax and record-keeping obligations.
- To send marketing emails, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only where needed to run the business:
- Payment providers: Stripe and Tabby, to process payments and instalment plans, under their own privacy policies.
- Delivery partners: couriers who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
- Service providers: our web hosting, email delivery and analytics providers, who act on our instructions.
- Authorities: where required by UAE law, for example tax records or a lawful request.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Cookies
The Website uses cookies that are necessary for the shop to work, such as keeping items in your cart and keeping you logged in, and may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may stop the cart and checkout from working.
6. How long we keep data
Order records are kept for at least five years to meet UAE VAT and commercial record requirements. Enquiry emails are kept for up to two years. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request unless we must retain it by law.

The Website is served over HTTPS. Payment card data is entered directly into the payment provider’s secure form and never touches our servers. Access to order data is limited to staff who need it.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children
The Website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
